RETURN/EXCHANGE AND SHIPPING POLICY

Immediate unworn returns and exchanges (within 5 days of receiving date) are accepted. Shipping will not be refunded and new shipping charges will apply for exchanges. Tracking information within 3 days of first contact must be provided by customer. Chameleon reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if an item has been worn or soiled. Shipping and handling is carried out by USPS Priority Mail. Packages are dispatched within 10 days from date of order (unless otherwise marked as a Pre-Order item). We are not responsible for delays due to the carrier although we will do our best to assist in getting your package to you as soon as possible. We are also not responsible for customer mistakes in shipping addresses as shipping addresses are auto generated from customer input. Once an order is shipped, we are no longer responsible for the order. We are not responsible for orders lost in transit, and claims for insurance are the customer's responsibility.

Orders which contain both PRE-ORDER items and ready to ship items will ship together when all items become available.
